Return Conditions:

●       Timeframe : You have 14 days after receipt to return the product.

●       Product Condition : The product must be in perfect condition, with all its parts, accessories, and original packaging.

●       Return Process :

1.     Contact us by email at contact@drinkvelmora.com with:

■       The detailed reason for return

■       Photos or a video if necessary

2.     You will receive a return authorization number and our warehouse address.

3.     Use a tracked courier service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Information Regarding Returns:

1.     Returns are the customer's responsibility

2.     No restocking fees are charged to the customer

3.     The return address will be provided upon the customer's request.

4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Refund:

●       After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

●       You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Exceptions : Personalized, health, or perishable products are non-refundable.
